Rough Carpenter
Role Overview: Execute structural framing and formwork installation on residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and long-term structural performance. Requirements: 3+ years Rough carpentry or framing experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong knowledge of formwork systems and framing techniques Proficient with hand & power tools Physically fit for active outdoor site work Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Responsibilities: Install and align formwork systems Measure, cut, and assemble structural materials Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members Maintain safety standards and organized work areas Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Overtime as required
Construction Site Manager
Role Overview: Oversee construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met. Requirements: 5+ years construction experience (2+ years leadership) Strong knowledge of Manitoba building codes & site safety regulations Proven ability to manage trades, schedules, and budgets Working at Heights & First Aid certification preferred Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers Monitor progress, budgets, and quality control Maintain daily logs, reports, and safety documentation Serve as primary contact for clients during construction Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Overtime as required
Foundation Form Worker
Role Overview: Support foundation construction through formwork installation, rebar placement, and concrete operations on residential and commercial projects. Requirements: Experience in concrete formwork or foundation construction preferred Ability to read basic construction drawings Comfortable using common construction tools & equipment Physically fit for outdoor, hands-on work Strong attention to detail & safety awareness Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Responsibilities: Measure and set up formwork systems Assist with rebar installation and concrete pours Strip forms and maintain clean job sites Follow site safety procedures at all times Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Overtime as required
Carpenter Lead Hand
Role Overview: Lead framing and formwork crews while actively participating in construction. Ensure structural accuracy, productivity, and job-site safety. Requirements: 5+ years carpentry experience (2+ years leadership preferred) Strong knowledge of concrete formwork & structural framing Ability to interpret blueprints and project drawings Proven leadership and team coordination skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate crew members on-site Plan daily tasks based on drawings and schedules Maintain high construction quality standards Support site managers with progress tracking and reporting Train and mentor junior carpenters Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Overtime as required
Construction / General Labourer
Role Overview: Provide essential on-site support by assisting with site preparation, material handling, and various labor tasks to ensure framing and foundation projects remain efficient, safe, and organized. Requirements: Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs) Punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn on the job Ability to follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions strictly Familiarity with basic hand tools is an asset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Responsibilities: Assist skilled trades with framing, formwork, and foundation tasks Load, unload, and organize building materials across the site Operate basic power tools and equipment under supervision Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment Setup and breakdown of ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Overtime as required
