Lead and execute wood + steel stud framing on multi-family and complex builds. 3+ years experience preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Steel Stud Framer to join our construction team for full-time, permanent projects. In this role, you will interpret architectural blueprints to lay out, cut, and install lightweight metal tracks, vertical studs, and structural partitions for commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of framing experience, proficiency with specialized power tools and lasers, strong physical stamina for lifting materials and working at heights, and reliable transportation to local job sites.

Learn the trade with an experienced crew. No experience necessary — reliability and work ethic essential.

Assist with ICF wall assembly, bracing, and concrete pours. Physically demanding outdoor work.

Run day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure quality and safety. Leadership experience required.
